About the Album
More or less all Paul, Ned and Dick, except saxes and flute by Sean McBride. All vocals by Dick (at Ned’s insistence) modified (Ned DFi’d) with a voice changing programme where I could not make the notes or wanted a special effect.

Bonus track of Ned & Lynda doing a number they wrote over a bottle of whiskey one night that took a hillbilly number of mine with the same name and rewrote it more sympathetically to the drinker as a rock number. The original should have been on the Poor Boy’s Songbook but did not get there, although it was a staple of my live work with the Grizzly Brizzlies.

Players
Dick on harmonicas, some guitars (most of them on And Another Thing) 12 string guitar (lead guitar in the break on We Were The Revolution) banjo except as noted, mandolin, percussion and some drums, kazoo, mouth noises and synths, and sound effects. All sounds on E = MC Squared and on the bonus track Broken China (Ned did production on my voice on E =). Ned on guitars and some bass, drums, percussion, backing organ and piano parts and synths. Paul on bass (truly amazing on Say Stranger as he holds down the madness of Ned’s guitar) all guitars on Be Content; Banjo on Pipedream.

Artwork
The art includes pictures from Bioparc in Valencia taken by Dick, and graffiti from St Pauls and St Werburghs, as well as an installation in St Pauls that was there for a short time. Credit for the robot artwork goes to achimszabo.com. If you know any of the artists I have failed to identify please let me know.
